Order changes may be requested before preparation, packing, or delivery scheduling begins. Approval depends on inventory and order status.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a refund before processing begins. Once meals are prepared, packed, dispatched, or delivered, refunds may be limited.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, unavailable products, confirmed non-delivery, or material order errors reported promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied for incorrect delivery information, missed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, customer taste preference, or failure to follow food handling instructions.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank or card-provider timing may vary.
